Delivery availability

  1. Delivery Availability: We only deliver to certain postcodes that we have deemed as our delivery areas. The list of these postcodes is available on our website under the "Retail Hours and Deliveries" section on the home page. Please note that we will only accept orders for delivery to these postcodes. Any attempt to input a different postcode on the delivery page with the intention of tricking our website into sending out orders to postcodes we do not deliver to, will result in the cancellation of the order.
  2. Ordering Process: Please make sure to use a correct postcode at the start of the ordering process to ensure that we can confirm that we deliver to your area. If for any reason you input a different postcode at the delivery options stage with the intention of tricking our website, we will not be liable for any errors or delays in delivery caused as a result.
  3. Delivery Times: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the agreed delivery time. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of a delay in delivery.
  4. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations made after this time may not be accepted.
  5. Returns and Refunds: If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to rectify any issues you have with your order. However, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders that have been delivered to the correct postcode and within the agreed delivery time.
