These terms and conditions apply to all competitions, promotions, and giveaways (collectively, "Competitions") conducted by Prime Range Fresh, either through our Facebook page or other social media platforms. By entering any Prime Range Fresh social media promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility:
- Competitions are open to New Zealand residents only, aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Prime Range Fresh, their immediate families, and any agencies involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
- All participants must have an active Facebook account to enter competitions hosted on Facebook.
Entry Requirements:
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- To enter, participants must follow the instructions detailed in the competition post, which may include tagging another individual, commenting, or sharing a post.
- Multiple entries may be allowed, depending on the specific rules of each competition, which will be stated in the individual competition post.
- Entrants must provide accurate and valid information when participating. Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are false, incomplete, or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
Competition Period:
- The start and end dates for each competition will be specified in the relevant Facebook post. All entries must be received before the specified closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.
Winner Selection and Notification:
- Winners will be chosen by random computer selection or based on the merit of their entry, as outlined in the specific competition post.
- Winners will be publicly announced on the Prime Range Fresh Facebook page. We will not send private messages, direct messages, or friend requests to notify winners.
- If a winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of the announcement, Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The decision of Prime Range Fresh is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
Prizes:
- Prizes will be clearly described in the relevant competition post.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Prizes will only be delivered to New Zealand addresses.
Liability:
- Prime Range Fresh will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by entrants, technical errors, or other issues beyond our control that may affect entry into the competition or the delivery of prizes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Range Fresh will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by any entrant arising out of or in connection with their participation in the competition or the use of any prize.
Privacy and Data Collection:
- By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Prime Range Fresh for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering prizes.
- Prime Range Fresh may use the name of the winner(s) for promotional purposes in social media, email, and website marketing, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
- Prime Range Fresh will not share or sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Disqualification:
- Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is otherwise involved in any behaviour detrimental to the proper conduct of the competition.
Modification and Termination:
- Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any competition at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control, or where necessary to ensure the fair administration of the competition.
- Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website and/or communicated via our social media platforms.
Social Media Disclaimer:
- Competitions run by Prime Range Fresh are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party social media platform. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and other platforms bear no responsibility for the competition and release them from any liability in connection with the competition.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
