If an email has been entered when your order was made you should receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and the day and time to expect delivery. You can also check your junk mail as the notification may have gone there. You will also receive a notification from the courier once your order has been delivered.
Days and times to expect delivery are on our website. If the day changes for whatever reason you should be notified.
Please refer to our delivery schedule on the website (link to deliveries and shipping). It has listed cut off times for delivery the week following when the order was made.
All items are delivered frozen and freeflow unless stated in the product description.
Currently we do not have gluten free options.
