Sizzle into Summer Promotion - Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition has been organised by Prime Range Fresh Ltd.
  2. By entering this competition it is implied that you agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. The competition is open to all people aged 18 and over who make a valid in-store or online purchase.
  4. A valid purchase must equal $30 or over. As in the total paid. Discounts that reduce your purchase to under $30 (final payment) will not qualify.
  5. The competition is running nationwide in all Prime Range Fresh stores.
  6. The competition is being held in-store and online.
  7. The competition is active from 0001 hours on morning of the 1st October 2024 to 2359 hours at the end of the day on the 31st October 2024. 
  8. Instore entries are only able to be made between the above dates, but only while the stores are open for business. (Trading Hours)
  9. The competition is drawn by random computer selection on the 1st of November 2024, at 11am.
  10. The winners will be notified by way of email, supplied during the entry process. If any of the winners fail to reply within a 72 hour period the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected again by the above method.
  11. By entering this competition, you give consent to Prime Range Fresh Ltd to use your email address to announce the winner and to receive our promotional material.
  12. We would appreciate a photo of all of the winners receiving their prize to share on our social media platforms.

To enter

In-store entry process:

  1. Entry requires a minimum in-store purchase of $30 to qualify.
  2. Provide details of your entry by way of receipt, name, email address and city, to be entered into the digital tablet located at the store checkout.
  3. You may enter as many times as you like.
  4. Only one entry permitted per store visit.

Online entry process:

  1. Entry requires a $30 minimum purchase for click and collect or home delivery.
  2. Your entry will automatically be registered by our internal system.

The prizes:

  1. The winning prize is for a $1,000 voucher to purchase products of your choice.
  2. There are 5 prize winners in total for this competition.
  3. Stores, Auckland, Christchurch, Belfast, Christchurch, Sydenham and Invercargill.
  4. Each store location will draw one prize winner, with one other winner being drawn from our online store (website).
  5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  6. The store prize vouchers, can only be used in store.
  7. The online prize voucher, can only be used to buy items online.
