Frozen Deliveries:

We take great care in packing all of our products with the intention that they do remain frozen. However, all frozen deliveries should be checked on arrival.

In the event they arrive thawed in transit, they should not be re-frozen, and should be used within 3 days.

Note: If the product arrives warm, notify Prime Range Fresh immediately and DO NOT consume. 

If you are not happy with the quality of your product on arrival, please phone us immediately on the day of delivery. If you were at home and received it within the delivery period we will provide you with a credit.


Delivery Details

Usual delivery times are between 9am and 6pm.  Prime Range Fresh use chilled couriers and delivery times may vary depending on the region you live in.  

In the instance that you are not at the delivery address, we take all care, but no responsibility for missing or spoiled items. If you have any further special delivery requirements, please put these in the delivery instructions of your order. 

You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation - if you do not receive this, you may not have entered an email address, or it could be in your junk email.  If you have any delivery issues please call us on the day of delivery.

Delivery Availability

1. Delivery Availability: We only deliver to certain postcodes that we have deemed as our delivery areas. The list of these postcodes is available on our website under the "check delivery availability" section on the home page. Please note that we will only accept orders for delivery to these postcodes. Any attempt to input a different postcode on the delivery page with the intention of tricking our website into sending out orders to postcodes we do not deliver to, will result in the cancellation of the order.
2. Ordering Process: Please make sure to use a correct postcode at the start of the ordering process to ensure that we can confirm that we deliver to your area. If for any reason you input a different postcode at the delivery options stage with the intention of tricking our website, we will not be liable for any errors or delays in delivery caused as a result.
3. Delivery Times: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the agreed delivery time. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of a delay in delivery.
4. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations made after this time may not be accepted.
5. Returns and Refunds: If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to rectify any issues you have with your order. However, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders that have been delivered to the correct postcode and within the agreed delivery time.
6. Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously. We will only use your personal information to process your order and for marketing purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.


Exclusion of Liability

Prime Range Fresh shall in no event be liable for any damages, losses or expenses including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, or economic loss arising from or in connection with the use of this website or reliance on any of the contents of this website or any of the material or information produced as a result of the use of this website.


Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.

Any quality issues must be reported on the day of delivery to validate claims.  We may require photographic evidence.

If your delivery is delivered to you in a spoiled condition please contact us on shop@primerange.co.nz or phone 03 2157176 immediately.

If it is deemed your delivery was incorrectly delivered or delivered in a spoiled condition then we will either refund the value of the product by crediting your card or replacing that product where replacement is possible.

Terms and Conditions for a 15% off Coupon for Spending $50 or More

Eligibility: Offer available to retail customers only. Employees of Prime Range Fresh and their immediate families are not eligible to use this coupon.

Validity: This coupon is valid from advertised start & finished date.

Redemption: To redeem this offer at Prime Range Fresh, the total spend must be at least $50 before the discount is applied.

Exclusions: This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts at Prime Range Fresh. Excludes gift cards, sale items, and any other exclusions as deemed by Prime Range Fresh.

Non-transferable: This coupon is not transferable for cash or any other form.

One coupon per transaction: Only one coupon can be used per transaction at Prime Range Fresh.

No Change Given: If the discount exceeds the total bill amount, no change or credit will be given.

Retain Coupon: Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to retain the coupon once it has been redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Coupons: Prime Range Fresh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged coupons.

Modification: Prime Range Fresh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Fair use: Any misuse, as determined by Prime Range Fresh, may result in the denial of the discount.

Data Privacy: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by Prime Range Fresh and will not be disclosed to any third party for any purpose other than as required by law.

Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
