Summer send off - Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion has been organised by Prime Range Fresh Ltd.
  2. By entering this competition it is implied that you agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. The competition is open to all people aged 18 and over who make a valid in-store or online purchase.
  4. A valid purchase must be made to qualify for entry.
  5. The competition is running nationwide in all Prime Range Fresh stores, and online.
  6. The competition is active from 0001 hours on morning of the 10th February 2025  to 2359 hours at the end of the day on the 16th March 2025.
  7. The competition is drawn by random computer selection on the 1st Monday every week for five weeks.
  8. Draws will be made at Midday.
    Draw dates are:
    (entries from 10th Feb-16th Feb) Drawn Monday 17th February 
    (entries from 17th Feb-23rd Feb) Drawn Monday 24th February 
    (entries from 24th Feb-2nd March) Drawn Monday 3rd March
    (entries from 3rd March-9th March) Drawn Monday 10th March
    (entries from 10th March-16th March) Drawn Monday 17th March
  9. The winners will be notified by way of email, supplied during the entry process. If any of the winners fail to reply within a 48 hour period the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected again by the above method.
  10. By entering this competition, you give consent to Prime Range Fresh Ltd to use your email address to announce the winner and to receive our promotional material.
  11. We would appreciate a photo of all of the winners receiving their prize to share on our social media platforms.

To enter

In-store entry process:

  1. Make any store purchase to qualify.
  2. Scan the QR code on your till receipt or at the checkout.
  3. Fill in all the details.
  4. That's it, easy as!
  5. You may enter as many times as you like.
  6. Only one entry permitted per store visit.

Online entry process:

  1. Entry requires an online purchase for click and collect or home delivery.
  2. Your entry will automatically be registered by our internal system.

The prizes:

  1. The winning prize is for a $1,000 voucher to purchase products of your choice.
  2. There are 5 prize winners in total for this competition.
  3. Stores, Auckland, Christchurch, Belfast, Christchurch, Sydenham and Invercargill.
  4. One winner will be randomly selected each week throughout the duration of the competition. From all entries online and instore combined.
  5. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  6. The store prize vouchers, can only be used in store.
  7. The online prize voucher, can only be used to buy items online.
  8. No Prime Range Fresh employees are eligible to enter.
