Easy to cook, restaurant results at home

Thaw in fridge overnight, rinse under cold water to reduce surface salt, then place in a large pot and cover with flavoured stock. Simmer gently for 2–3 hours until fork-tender. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, cabbage and mustard, or slice cold for sandwiches, soups and toasted wraps.
