A very simple 3 ingredient recipe that is easy and takes under an hour in total to prepare and cook. Ideal for an easy midweek dinner, or tasty lunch.

- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly butter a baking dish.
- Stir together melted butter and salt in a bowl.
- Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish. Brush butter mixture onto chicken until thoroughly coated, pouring any extra over chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the centre and juices run clear, 30 to 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre should read at least 74°C.
- Remove from the oven and slice each breast or serve as a whole piece.
- Garnish with your favourite herbs or salt and pepper.
Enjoy with a choice of sides such as a fresh salad, vegetables, pasta or potato.
