- Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper for easy clean-up.
- Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared tray.
- Make the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the manuka honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well until the mixture comes to a simmer and begins to thicken about 5 minutes.
- Glaze the drumsticks: Brush the chicken drumsticks generously with the glaze, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Bake: Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the tray, flip the drumsticks, and glaze again. Return to the oven for another 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelised.
- Garnish and serve: Once cooked, let the drumsticks rest for a few minutes before transferring them to a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh, colourful finish.
